Test
Part One
The first part of the playing test begins with the cue ball behind the Billiard spot and about 2 inches (51 mm) from the top cushion. The white is on the top cushion about 12 inches (305 mm) from the pocket and the red level with the middle pocket and 6 inches (152 mm) from the drop of the pocket. Although the red is an easy shot, you must start with the run through on the white to recover it. Then play the red loser from hand. Carry on your break and assess yourself over 10 attempts, recording breaks of 15 or more.
Part Two
The second part of the playing test begins with the cue ball 6 inches from the corner pocket and about 2 inches (51 mm) from the side cushion. The white is 6 inches (152 mm) from the cue ball and 1 inches (25 mm) from the side cushion. The red is again level with the middle pocket and about 6 inches (152 mm) from the drop of the pocket. Although the red is an easy shot, you must start with the screw in-off to recover the white. Then play the red loser from hand. Carry on your break and assess yourself over 10 attempts, recording breaks of 15 or more.
