Potting the red using the side and/or top cushions is one of the most difficult parts of Postman's Knock. Although the pot is generally easy, the position can be far from certain, particularly on strange tables. Try to play for large margins for error.

This is one of the most dangerous shots at 'Postman's Knock'. It is important to leave a natural half ball cannon. Also, it is better to leave a narrow cannon than a wide one, as playing with check side is better than playing with stun.
